Instructions:

Be sure to use the correct firmware for the display you are updating

Use the above firmware or downloaded the appropriate firmware file from the web site below.
This site is difficult to find, its under Doc Library\Utility Downloads\Firmware on the Partner site.

Search for the Model number of the display you are updating

Download the firmware and extract it. You want the Digital Signage Flash file

Once downloaded, copy the firmware file to a USB stick and place it in a folder named LG_MONITOR

Place the USB stick in the USB port on the display.

An update screen pops up

With a remote, move the cursor to the Update button and hit enter.
